1) from the product profile, select the size of item
2) add the product to the cart
3) once you’re done adding items, click on the bag icon on the top right corner
4) enter your details, date, and place of birth for non-EU customers, shipping and payment details
5) select a shipping type and one of the payment options
6) check that the information entered is correct and click on “Purchase”.

Within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. From now on, our shop will take care of everything and, as soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link where you can track the shipment down.

HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF

  1. Shoulders: measure shoulder width by sliding the measuring tape in correspondence of the two ends at the widest point

CARE OF YOUR CLOTHES

Some tips to have your clothes always perfect!

  • In the presence of color contrasts, it is advisable to wash the garment separately, respecting the temperature indicated on the label.
  • Natural fabrics such as wool, linen or silk shrink if washed at too high temperatures and deform with the spin cycle or if stretched vertically.
  • We recommend that you wash artificial and synthetic fabrics with lukewarm water and iron them at a low temperature and inside out. If possible, with liquid detergent and not powder or solid.
  • Jeans must always be washed inside out and at temperatures no higher than 40 °C.
  • For leather garments, wash only at specialized laundries.
  • In the presence of decorations/prints, it is advisable to iron the garment inside out.
  • Remove the removable parts before washing and/or ironing.
  • When drying garments outside, avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
  • When ironing, start by applying the lowest temperature. Iron slightly damp garments and inside out for dark colors.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

The shipment of products is normally carried out through the e-motion service, we will choose the best carrier according to the destination, it may also vary according to the type of item purchased.

A parcel tracking service is active for all available carriers.
The carriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 10 am – 7 pm. The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times. Should the recipient not be home, the carrier will leave a notice, through a notice tag left at the address. Delivery will be attempted twice: in case of failure, the carrier will return the package to our office.

To facilitate the resolution of the delivery procedure during the order it is essential:

  1. Enter a correct telephone number (landline or mobile).
  2. Enter a delivery address where someone who can collect the goods is available.
  3. Always enter the surname shown on the intercom.

Alleydocks.com will not be responsible for any faults in the delivery service by the carrier.

The carrier notifies the customer via e-mail about the shipment status. The service is activated automatically if the e-mail address field is correctly filled in.

Please do not enter a PO BOX in the address field, as the carrier would be unable to deliver the purchased goods. Therefore, a physical delivery address must be entered.

In case of deliveries made at reception/concierge (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Alleydocks.com will not be held responsible for subsequent non-deliveries of the package to the final recipient.

If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that there is currently no delivery of products in that country.

It will not be possible to send orders to military bases or mailboxes.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Cotton Company Srl ships all over the world and in Italy via e-motion (link to specifications) In compliance with international import/export laws, the goods shipped are accompanied by a proforma invoice in which the total value of the goods is declared in Euros. The invoice shows the value of each item purchased.

Cotton Company Srl cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Orders are processed for shipment from Monday to Friday 11:00 – 17:30 (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Orders relating to available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped the day after receipt of the order. The amount of transactions made by credit card is debited immediately when the order is processed and following verification of the transaction by the Bank. In any case, Cotton Company Srl reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control. Please note that shipments may be delayed during promotions and sales.

Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. The carrier will make 2 delivery attempts; in case of failure, the order will return to our warehouse.
All orders are processed automatically by the system, so we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If for any reason, an order is not delivered due to lack of cooperation by the customer (incorrect telephone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations), as per commercial agreements, the package could be sent back to Italy at the Customer’s expenses, including import taxes. These charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Delivery times and shipping costs will vary according to the type of shipment. You can choose between home delivery or in-store pickup.

In Italy, delivery takes place within 24-48 hours, after 24 hours from the date of order placement. For customized products, the delivery may take an extra day or two. Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, malfunctions in the service by the carrier, force majeure, or in the event of holidays. Delivery times for orders placed from Monday to Friday by 13:00 (CET) will be 2 working days for Express deliveries and 24 hours for Urgent delivery. In the case of orders placed after 13:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays, the delivery will take one more day.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Payments require an automatic verification by the bank that issued the credit card, this verification could cause a delay in the shipment of orders.
Once authorized, the payment will be credited to Alleydocks.com and the order will be processed as soon as possible.
Orders will be processed in chronological order, based on the time of receipt. Orders with “express shipping” have priority in fulfillment over orders with “standard shipping”. On weekdays (Monday to Friday) orders are processed within 24 working hours of receiving the order.

In specific periods of the year, on the occasion of holidays (during which carriers do not ship) and in times of high order traffic, which we have listed below, the order fulfillment times may be delayed up to 3 /4 days:

CONSIGNMENT DELIVERED TO DOOR

Check the status of the order at any time by visiting the section My Orders in My account. If you have not registered on Alleydocks.com, you can go directly to the section Orders. In this case, you will need to enter your email address and order code.
Still, when your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail confirming the shipment.

STORE PICK-UP

If you have selected collection at our store, we will send you an e-mail informing you that your order is ready and available for collection at our store. Contact the staff in the store directly and collect your order by showing an identity document and the order confirmation received by email.
You will have a maximum of 15 days to pick up your order.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES

In case of shipment addressed to a country outside the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be borne exclusively by the recipient.

In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: “Dispatch of goods” + “return of goods” + “customs for return” and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.

Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country. For information on the amount of duties and any taxes, and the methods of customs clearance of goods, it is advisable to contact the competent Customs Offices of the country of destination.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the purchased item. If you have purchased multiple items with a single order, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last Item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us (by post to the address “ Cotton Company Srl, Via Orzinuovi, 42/B, 25125 Brescia (BS), Italia “ Or by email at returns@Alleydocks.com) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by means of an explicit declaration. To this end, you can use the sample withdrawal form attached as Annex 1 to these General Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, all you need to do is send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email.
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made in our favor, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from a possible choice of a type of delivery other than the standard offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of your withdrawal request. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment as that used by you in your purchase unless you expressly request otherwise. Refunds are processed at no additional costs.
If you have exercised the right of withdrawal with reference to the purchase of an item, unless we offer to withdraw this Item, please return the item to us or deliver it to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we you have communicated your withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline will be considered respected only if the Items are before the expiry of the 14 days. The costs of returning the items will be at your expense unless you have chosen to use our free collection service. You can also return the Items to our physical store for free. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal from the purchase of Items, the refund may be suspended until receipt of the Items or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the Items, whichever is earlier.
You will be held liable only for the decrease in the value of the Items resulting from the handling of the Items other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You are required to return the items intact and with warranty seals and original labels unremoved. The packaging of the items must be accurate, in order to protect the original wrapping from damage, affixing of writings, or labels.

The right of withdrawal is excluded, in particular, in the following cases provided for by the Consumer Code:
a) the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods;
b) sealed goods which are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to the protection of health, if such goods were unsealed after delivery. Therefore, for example, for reasons of hygiene, panties, thongs, and culottes are equipped with a protection system that prevents them from being tried on or used. If you wish to return these types of items, you must keep the label and protective device.

INSTRUCTIONS
Free in-store return
If you are not satisfied with the item purchased on Alleydocks.com, you have it available 14 days from receipt of the order to change it with one of another size or color or to request its return. It’s easy!

  • Send an email to returns@Alleydocks.comspecifying if you want to make an item change or a return. Alleydocks.com reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary, a photograph of the product to check its status in order to accept or reject the return.
  • com will send you a confirmation email with the return code to show on the tag to be applied to the product with the guarantee seal.
  • Deliver the item you wish to change or return to the checkout.
  • The refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase. Important: if you return your items in the store, the data relating to your return will be sent to our office where the refund will be made with the same payment method used during the purchase.

Free Return Home Collection
Available 14 days counting from when you receive the order, to change the items with others of a different size or request a refund. To this end, you can request free home collection. We will send a courier to collect the package:

  • Send an email to customercare@Alleydocks.comspecifying if you want to make a change or a return. Alleydocks.com reserves the right to request, if deemed necessary, a photograph of the product to check its status in order to accept or reject the return.
  • com will send you an email indicating the return number to be applied on the tag applied to the product using the guarantee seal and a copy of the delivery note to be applied on the package.
  • Prepare the package including the delivery note: Pack the items securely, the guarantee seal must be intact and must not have been tampered with. If possible, use the original packaging, and attach the previously printed packing slip.
  • The carrier will go to your home to collect the package: We will send you an email to confirm a date and time slot for the collection of the items. In case of a return, the refund will be made using the same payment method of the purchase within 3-12 working days from the date of receipt of the package at our warehouses.

Conditions in case of withdrawal
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must know that:

  • Returned items must not have been damaged.
  • The security seal and original labels must be intact, otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply: in the case of (a) supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized (including the personalized items referred to in Article 4.12 above); (b) supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery. Therefore, for example, for reasons of hygiene, briefs, thongs, and culottes are equipped with a protection system that prevents them from being tried on or used. If you wish to return these types of items, you must keep the label and protective device.
  • As soon as we receive your package, we will check the status of the items and we will replace the size or color or refund the returned items. If you voluntarily choose to return the item to us using a different shipping method, you will bear the shipping costs. In case of return by post, Alleydocks.com does not accept shipments with expenses paid by the recipient or cash on delivery.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Items sold on the Site to users acting as consumers (or for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out) are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity referred to in Articles. 128 – 135 of the Consumer Code.
There is a lack of conformity in the event that:
a) Prove unsuitable for the use for which similar goods are normally used;
b) The item does not conform to the description written by us on the Site and does not possess the qualities of the goods we have presented to you;
c) The item does not have the usual quality and performance of the same type, which you can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the item and, where applicable, public statements about the specific characteristics of the item written by us on the Site, by the manufacturer or its agent or representative, in particular in advertising or on labeling;
d) The item is not suitable for the particular use desired by you, which was brought to our knowledge at the time of the conclusion of the contract and which we have also accepted for conclusive facts.
You can ask us, at your choice, to repair an item or to replace it, free of charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. You can request, at your choice, an appropriate reduction in the price or the termination of the contract if one of the following situations occurs: (i) repair and replacement are impossible or excessively onerous; (ii) we have not repaired or replaced the item within a reasonable time; (iii) the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused you significant inconvenience.

We will reply as soon as possible, providing information on the specific procedure to be followed and the remedies available, taking into account the nature of the article and the type of conformity defect reported.

REFUND

Issuing refunds takes from 3 to 12 business days from the moment we receive the returned goods at our warehouse. After acceptance we will promptly request the refund and send a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be made with the same payment method used in the purchase phase.

Refund times vary according to the payment method chosen:
Credit Card: our bank will make the refund within 7 working days from the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to see the refund on your account depends on the card issuer
PayPal: the refund will be visible on the PayPal account within 24 hours from the Return Acceptance Confirmation email
Cash on delivery: the refund will be made by transfer to a bank or post office account to be indicated during the return procedure. 5 Euros equal to the cost of the “cash on delivery” service will be deducted from the refunded amount; the sum will be visible on the statement within 10 working days from the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail.

If you decide to return an item to us via a shipping method of your choice, without using our free item collection service, the shipping costs for returning the item you will incur will be at your expense.

    If you have selected home delivery, you can consult the status of your order at any time in the My orders section in Orders. In this case you will need to enter your email address and order code. Also, when your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email. If you have selected in-store pick up, you will receive a confirmation email when the order is available at the store. You will have a maximum of 15 days to collect your order, contact the staff in the store directly and collect your order by showing an identity document and order confirmation.

    Once confirmed, the order will be processed automatically and cannot be canceled or modified. To purchase new items you will need to place a new order. If you change your mind, you can return the items after they have been received. For more information, see the  exchange and returns section.

    If you have not yet received your order and the expected delivery date has passed, please check your inbox and check that you have received our shipping confirmation email.
    If you have selected home delivery, you can check the status of your order at any time in the My orders section in My account.
    If you have not registered, access the Orders section and enter your e-mail address and order code.
    Remember that during sales and promotion periods, delivery times may be longer.

    PAYMENTS

    Once the order is completed, a payment authorization will be automatically requested to verify the validity of the card and the availability of funds.
    It is not yet a question of the charge: actual payment will only take place upon confirmation of the order.

    It may happen that the amount charged is less than the total of the order.
    This occurs when, at the time of shipment, not all the items ordered are actually available; the amount charged will correspond exclusively to the price of the items actually shipped.

    Alleydocks.com guarantees that the amount of an order will be charged to your credit card only once.
    The amount may be indicated twice on the statement: the first item corresponds to the payment authorization request that is sent at the time of the order; the second confirms the actual charge.

    Unfortunately no, it is not possible to choose a specific time and day.
    In Italy you can still try to contact the courier directly to agree on a possible delivery date / time slot.

    As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment tracking link.
    By clicking on the link you can track the location of your package.

    You can currently shop online in all countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Asia and Oceania, as well as the United States and Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

    CHANGES OR REFUNDS

    The package must be sent to the following address: Cotton Company srl, Via Como, 6, 25125 Brescia (BS), Italy.
    You are free to use a courier other than ours but in this case the shipping costs will be at your expense.
    Furthermore, Alleydocks.com will not be held responsible for any theft or loss during transport.

    If the order was paid with PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was sent. For security reasons we are not authorized to refund to a different account.

    For security reasons, we cannot make refunds to a card / account other than the one used for the purchase.
